Our Shipping department manages cargo collection globally, arranges shipments, ensures customs clearance, and provides door-to-door monitoring. Forwarding is a key aspect of our operations, ensuring total control over clients’ cargo from the supplier’s premises to their doorstep.

Rail Cargo Services
Key components of our Rail Cargo Services include: • Transportation of cargo to and from Mozambique ports of Beira and Maputo. Cargo to and from Durban, RSA into Zimbabwe through to Zambia and DRC plus local movement within Zimbabwe • Full logistical support including cargo monitoring, tracking and timely updates through a highly networked communication system • Full forwarding documentation and customs clearing services
Shipping
Our road, sea and airfreight departments offer the following: • Collection of cargo from anywhere in the world • Arranging shipment to and from Zimbabwe • Ensure shipment discharge and customs clearance • Arrange on carriage from seaport to Zimbabwe either by rail or road • Monitor cargo movement on door-to-door basis • Providing the first and last mile logistics solution to intermodal transportation.
Forwarding
Forwarding is a major focus of KETCH Logistics’ business enhancing our value proposition to our clients. We believe in total control of our clients’ cargo and will do everything possible to keep it in our hands from their supplier’s premises, no matter where in the world, right into our client’ door steps.
Customs Clearing
We offer customs clearing at all major border posts and cities in Zimbabwe.
